SiteSpend is a focused, early-stage tool for capturing one job at a time and turning the numbers into a clear profit view. A user or crew member texts in one job by SMS, the job is saved to the account, the owner logs in to review or edit it and see total cost, gross profit and margin, and the job records can be downloaded as a spreadsheet.

- See the total cost, gross profit and margin calculated automatically from the figures you enter or send.
- Correct details in the dashboard if anything was entered or interpreted incorrectly.
- Download a branded job report when you need to review the numbers or share them with your accountant.
The current focus is on making the math simple and the records easy to check — not on replacing your accounting system.

What's next
SiteSpend is in beta. The SMS job-tracking channel is being prepared, and invited users will receive activation instructions by email when it is ready. Voice-note and WhatsApp input may be explored after the SMS service is proven.
