SiteSpend Terms of Service

Who we are

SiteSpend is operated by I-SOURCED LIMITED ("we", "us"). "SiteSpend" is our trading name and program name. These terms govern your use of https://sitespend.net and the SiteSpend tools, including the project calculator, the beta dashboard and the SiteSpend operational SMS program. The service

SiteSpend helps trade businesses record project costs and see gross profit and margin. By using SiteSpend you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Acceptable use

• Use SiteSpend only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, probe or bypass security, or use automated abuse or bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Do not submit content you have no right to submit, or content that is unlawful or harmful.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for keeping access to your email inbox and mobile number secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Figures are estimates

All totals, gross profit, margin and downloadable spreadsheets are estimates produced from the figures you enter or send us. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You must check every figure before quoting, invoicing or making a business decision. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of unverified output.

Beta and availability

SiteSpend is an early-stage beta service provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and data may be lost. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific results or a particular level of accuracy. Keep your own records of anything important.

Termination

You may stop using SiteSpend at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if we discontinue the beta. Where practical we will give reasonable notice.

SMS Terms

These terms apply to the SiteSpend operational SMS program.

• What the program is: enrolled SiteSpend customers send project details by SMS and receive service messages in return — confirmations that a project was saved, requests for missing information such as a selling price, and help or support replies. It is customer-care and operational messaging about your own account, not marketing.
• How you enroll: by giving express written consent through the SMS opt-in form at /sms-beta. Consent is voluntary and separate from joining the SiteSpend beta.
• Frequency: message frequency varies and depends on your own submissions and account activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. SiteSpend does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP for help, visit /contact, or reply STOP to opt out.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using SiteSpend.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported handsets and carriers: delivery depends on your carrier and device; not all carriers or devices are guaranteed to be supported.

Changes

We may update these terms as SiteSpend develops. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
